You can permanently delete your account and saved vault data from Settings. Here is what to expect before you do.
Delete from the app
Sign in, open Profile, choose Settings, and use Delete account in the account and security section. Beauty Vault requires a recent verified session before the destructive action can complete.
The confirmation explains what will be removed before you proceed. Deletion is permanent, so export anything you want to keep first.
What deletion removes
Account deletion removes your authentication account, vault records, products, providers, routines, photos, sharing links, and the billing customer record associated with Beauty Vault.
Operational backups expire on a rolling schedule after deletion. They are not restored as an active account.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@beautyvault.io from the address on the account with the subject “Account deletion request.” Support will verify account ownership before acting.
Never send a password, vault passcode, payment-card number, or government identification unless the support team provides a secure, purpose-specific verification method.
